Now that SUNSCAD has established some committees to work on reorganizing our union and assessing its key functions, we are now establishing 4 additional committees to work on a complete revitalization of some of SUNSCAD’s historic projects as well as establishing some new ambitious projects which we hope will be active for years to come.
Please consider volunteering in the following committees:
SUNSCAD Feminist Collective Revitalization Committee:
- SUNSCAD’s Feminist Collective has perhaps the most formidable history of any SUNSCAD group. This committee was built with the purpose of bringing the Feminist Collective back into operation

SUNSCAD Pigeon Press Structuring Committee:
- This committee will work to form the foundations for the Pigeon Press, the free café you can find on Fridays at the SUNSCAD Food Bank

SUNSCAD Student Dance Organizing Committee:
- In response to the popular petition at Port Campus, this committee was formed to support the organizing of a student dance at Port campus, with the date set for April 12.

SUNSCAD Zine Press Structuring Committee:
- This committee will work to form the foundations for a SUNSCAD Zine Press. A budget and proposed plan will be developed by this committee to be presented as a recommendation for adoption by the SUNSCAD Council
