Posted @withregram • @nscadpeersupport We’re e Posted @withregram • @nscadpeersupport We’re excited to announce the virtual return of Mental Health Tea Hour!

Tea Hour is a great opportunity to connect with other students, get some social interaction, and make some new friends. It's a casual environment where we're open to discussing mental wellness and mental health topics, but are also happy to just have a chat and a laugh about whatever! Over the last semester a lot of the Peer Mentors found that although we had video-call fatigue from online classes and virtual work meetings, our mental wellbeing was really boosted by also participating in more casual, socially oriented virtual hangouts. So we're offering these meetings as an opportunity for everyone to do the chatting, laughing, and connecting that we're all missing a bit from in-person studios and classrooms.

Our first hangout is this Sunday, and we'll continue meeting once a week all semester. RSVP by sending us an email at peermentors@nscad.ca or sending us a DM with your NSCAD email address. Once you’re added to the Team you’ll be able to pop in to this hangout as you please throughout the semester.
